The primary responsibility for this role is to lead Building Management System global projects detailed engineering as per country specific standards from India center of excellence. The incumbent will independently execute projects throughout their lifecycle, handle first‑level escalations, and follow established processes to maintain quality standards and on‑time delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key tasks include reviewing MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment, dampers and sensors, generating review sheets and RFIs, and creating Bills of Material with appropriate sensors, control valves, dampers, airflow stations and controllers. The role also involves wiring and termination of control devices, preparing I/O summaries, programming supervisory and DDC level controllers, developing test plans, performing simulations, and delivering commissioning packages from the India Engineering centre. Additionally, the engineer will review SCADA/HMI specifications, ensure quality assurance of hardware and software, and adhere to all process guidelines to meet project timelines.

Candidates must hold a Diploma or BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics and possess 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in Building Automation or Industrial Automation. Dutch language proficiency with certification is required, along with strong knowledge of system architecture, operator workstations, supervisory and DDC controllers, sensors and actuators, and network protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus and OPC. Proficiency in wiring starters, field devices, safety interlocks and panels, as well as experience with PLC programming/SCADA and HVAC/BMS installation and commissioning, is essential. The ideal applicant is a quick learner with keen problem‑solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Require Diploma or BE/ME in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 2‑10 years BMS/Industrial Automation experience.
- Must be proficient in Dutch (certified) and familiar with BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC protocols.
- Skilled in wiring starters, field devices, safety interlocks, PLC programming, and HVAC/BMS commissioning.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
