The Associate Technical Writer will support the development, management, and distribution of technical documentation for Rolls‑Royce Solutions America (MTU Onsite Energy). - Collaborate with engineers, service, sales, purchasing, IT, and suppliers to gather accurate content.
- Create, edit, format, translate, and publish documents (PDF, HTML5, help files, knowledge‑base articles).
- Maintain documentation templates, version control, and revision tracking.
- Coordinate translation planning, workflow, and terminology consistency with global peers.
- Secure reviews, approvals, and consensus from cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Provide backup support for authoring, editing, publishing, and quality verification tasks.
- Assist with content development for internal and external websites and archive obsolete material.

- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software system operations.
- International business exposure (preferred).
