Maintaining and repairing critical building and site systems.
Driving property performance by performing any and all work that produces clean, safe, and attractive common areas, including: pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots, etc.
Ensuring Resident satisfaction by preparing vacant apartments for move-in.
Maintaining property value by performing preventative maintenance throughout the property.
Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day.

Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
Less than 25 pounds - Constant need (66% to 100% of time)
EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in the multifamily or related industry
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
between 25 - 75 pounds - Frequent need (33% to 66% of time)
Trade Licensing preferred but not required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred but not required
Applicants will be required to pass a background check, and reference check prior to their first day to verify their employment eligibility
Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
