Communicate effectively with PMs regarding contract terms, modifications, approvals, and additional services impacting revenue and billing.
Coordinate with PMs on monthly project reviews, including but not limited to accurate revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, Estimates to Complete (ETCs), and accounts receivable (AR).
Collaborate with PMs, clients, subconsultants, and internal departments to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and responses to financial or contractual inquiries
Conduct contract review and support contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
Compile and analyze project financial reports to assist Project Managers (PMs) in achieving profitability goals.
Set up new projects and manage monthly revenue recognition
Verify employee time and expenses for accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and billing policies.
Maintain project-related documentation in Deltek Vision, including contracts, supplemental agreements, task orders, and other key records.

Deltek Vision/VantagePoint experience.
Experience working with a construction, engineering firm or within Transportation.

Solid computer skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
