- Perform duties of a day or night shift Lead Operator as needed
- Assist with conducting Production on boarding training with new hires
- Select proper silo and material for product
- Give breaks to line operators in his area of responsibility when working in production
- Assist Tool and Die performing changeovers and line start ups
- Assist Maintenance in minor equipment repairs
- Engage in daily production process improvements
- Perform all duties and responsibilities required of A, B, and C Operators
- Keep all tooling put up in correct place
- Maintain INK JET printers and select correct print
- Make heat adjustments on extruder for quality pipe
- Sets a premier example to others as to safe work habits, attitude, and company goals
- Responsible for Production Pre-Start Checklist and start up a line from start to finish in a timely manner with end results of quality product
