Provides infrastructure services for clean energy, communication, and utility sectors.
Lead solar construction division, overseeing strategy, execution, profitability, and culture.
Responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
Serve as member of the Executive team, attending all executive staff meetings and contributing to the overall success of the organization
Confer with SVP/EVP/President and other management personnel on business continuity and succession planning
Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward Company’s Zero Injury principles
Manage and supervise the teams who direct Project Managers and Field Superintendents by giving ongoing performance feedback and conducting annual performance appraisals in a timely manner.
Lead, promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures
Confer with Safety Director on any jobsite safety issues
Responsible for the effective hiring, training and retention of employees within the division
Hold senior divisional management accountable to resolve all conflicts such as failure of subcontractors to perform, failure of materials to arrive, contract disputes, and trade conflicts
Visit jobsites on an ongoing basis as needed
Responsible for overall relationship with key vendors, owners and clients
Interface with all staff to maintain an open line of communication and reporting, monitor job progress, schedules and subcontractor performance, and coordinate the operation of the field through management of field personnel
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the division
Responsible for the overall profitability of the division
Attend trade shows and conferences on management and construction topics as presented
Develop the strategic plan for the business unit and ensure its implementation
Correlate team member’s new ideas and help in implementing new policies and procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint and Construction Software
Ability to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Expertise in building high-performing teams, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, and coaching for performance and career development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and driving collaboration across all levels of the organization.
This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises
Previous experience in renewable energy/EPC Construction preferred.
