- Support Director with development and implementation of risk management policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Primary point of contact for information related to corporate insurance programs, including, but not limited to property, inland marine, builder’s risk, third party liability, professional indemnity, environmental, cyber, workers’ compensation.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, operations, and other departments to address risk and insurance related concerns.
- Manage insurance reporting requirements to parent company.
- Review and negotiate insurance and surety contract provisions to ensure compliance with internal standards and project requirements.
- Support project teams with project specific insurance placements including but not limited to, builder’s risk and ocean cargo.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance insurance and risk management awareness, knowledge and practices across the organization.
- Manage customer, landlord, subcontractor, and vendor insurance certificates to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
