Contribute to the contract administration process on construction projects

Assist engineers with building envelope evaluations & site reports
Liaise with contractors, sub-consultants and engineering disciplines
Apply sustainable thinking and practices within project delivery
Apply engineering knowledge to tasks on building envelope restoration & audit projects
Contribute to the knowledge systems within the building science practice
Accept responsibility for project tasks, deliverables and outcomes
Conduct construction and site reviews, monitoring quality of building repairs

Strong at multi-tasking, organized and adaptable to shifting priorities;
Demonstrates a passion in building sciences, building envelope technology, or building construction;
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Minimum B average;
Completed 2nd, 3rd or 4th year (final work term) of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Sciences, Architectural Science or Applied Science;
Previous co-op / summer work experience in the construction or engineering industry related to buildings is ideal;
Excellent communicator. English is required, effectively able to communicate in French is an asset;
