Requirements

Project Manager required for a well-established specialist air conditioning & ventilation contractor based in London, leading complex air conditioning projects from start to finish.

Though Air Conditioning is the core focus, ventilation and wide-ranging mechanical knowledge (including plumbing interfaces) would be beneficial.

• Comfortable overseeing commissioning, BMS coordination, site validations, and liaising with clients and subcontractors
• Good working understanding of ventilation and general mechanical/plumbing matters
• Hands-on experience with planning/programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, client variations, final accounts and project close-out procedures
• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems (design, installation, commissioning)

Benefits

• £6,000 car allowance
• Total package up to £75,000
• Base salary approximately £59,000 per annum
• Highly competitive bonus structure - can achieve around £10,000
• Rail card covering Zones 1–6
