Apply technical knowledge to maintain a consistently high standard of quality and technical content in all deliverables.
Responsible for design and specification of mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing, hydronic systems (hot water and chilled water) for commercial/industrial facilities to provide for a useful and safe workplace.
Proactively communicate with counterparts to elevate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Review contractor shop drawings, field inspections, and testing and commissioning reports.
Capture client requirements and, if needed, advise them regarding mechanical systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.
Coordinate with other disciplines, client(s) and other stake holder(s) to develop a clash free system design.
Responsible for managing the assigned scope within agreed schedule and budget.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
Trane TRACE or any other Heat Load calculation program.
Working knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, International Mechanical code, International Building code, International Plumbing Code preferably used in Commercial projects.
A proactive learner, willing to enhance software skills and adapt to new tools as per project requirements.
Microsoft Office Tools – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, OneNote
Hands-on experience on projects in North America region and knowledge of Revit will be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to advance in career by taking increased responsibilities on projects and Work efficiently in a work-share environment, coordinating with the lead office and team members across different project stages.
5-10 years of proven experience MEP Design facilities preferably Commercial & Industrial.
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
Good communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
