- Implement and oversee best practices in corporate governance, particularly under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage Board agendas, minutes, and resolutions in alignment with corporate governance standards.
- Handle preparation and filing of forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Provide advisory support on legal and compliance-related matters to the Board and senior management.
