- 12+ months of Experience operating brake or stamping presses
- Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift.
- Able to read, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings
- Able to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers
- Able to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision
- A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required
- No relocation package offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location to be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.
- Able to identify different gauges and types of raw material
- Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance.
- Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open
- A minimum of 6 months experience operating brake or stamping presses
- 6+ months of experience reading drawings or blueprints
