- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) including sending units out for RMA and repair depot when required
- Maintain local networks, backups, and monitor logs for any potential issues
- Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft
- Maintain software (patches, updates, and fixes) used on desktop and server environments including OS, anti-virus and malware protection
- Install and configure appropriate software and hardware according to specifications
- Provision new users / employees in all IT systems (network, phones, radios)
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work

- Must possess positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Microsoft Office365 experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuration of mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones for enterprise applications such as corporate email.
- Associates Degree in a Technology related field preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- MUST be LOCAL to Sarasota/Bradenton (In Office Position ONLY)
- Excellent communication ability, both written and verbal
- Understanding and experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting with various desktop operating systems including Windows 10, & IOS in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune
- Ability to travel to Tampa and Fort Myers. You will sit in the Sarasota office 3 days a week, Tampa and Fort Myers one day a week.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- 1+ years IT experience
