Yard Technician

Description

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment
• Perform routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment
• Maintain equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures
• Clean yard and shop according to company standards
• Ensure a safe, hazard‑free workplace
• Uphold EquipmentShare culture and high customer‑experience standards
• Assist the General Manager with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Safety training and required PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop; lift up to 50 lb
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass a 10‑panel drug screen and background check
