Trilon is looking for an HR Systems & Payroll Administrator to manage the administration and accuracy of HR systems while providing operational payroll support. The role is critical for maintaining data integrity, supporting system integrations, and partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
Key duties include maintaining HR technologies such as Pinpoint ATS and ADP HRIS, ensuring accurate employee, job, and organizational data, and managing system access and audit controls. The administrator also supports payroll processing through data preparation, audits, and troubleshooting, and handles payroll audits, reconciliations, and year‑end activities.
Collaboration is essential, requiring close work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes and fulfill compliance reporting and data requests. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years of payroll and HR technology experience (including ADP Enterprise), and preferably experience in the AEC industry and with Deltek.
Success is defined by proactively identifying improvements to HR systems and payroll workflows, serving as a trusted point of contact for data questions, and maintaining strong audit readiness through accurate documentation. A positive team presence, high ownership, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
