Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality by Design (QbD), and validation protocols.
Familiarity with cleanroom, containment (hot cell and glovebox), and facility retrofit projects strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
10+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment (pharma, nuclear, aerospace, or similar).
Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs/day.
Travel required 5-20%
Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work
B.S degree, with M.S, MBA or advanced degree preferred in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related subject or relevant similar experience
Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal.Ability to tour periodically industrial site visits to vendor factories and facility construction.
Strong working knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
Proficiency with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), risk management, and integrated scheduling tools.
The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly, and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
