- Greet visitors and clients with friendly, courteous front‑office service reflecting the corporate image.
- Notify site personnel immediately of guest arrivals and follow up with hosts or sponsors as needed.
- Issue visitor badges, temporary cards, service badges, and new‑joiner ID/access cards, and track their return.
- Provide safety briefings and emergency/safety brochures to clients, visitors, and interview candidates.
- Follow Accenture‑specific processes and manuals.
- Ensure visitor admission is properly authorized.
- Maintain the visitor log book and arrange taxis when required.
- Assist visitors with disabilities and address special needs.
- Keep the lobby, lifts, and public areas clean.
- Scan laptop details and verify government‑issued IDs.
- Handle client, visitor, and sponsor complaints or feedback and escalate according to the matrix.
- Coordinate with night‑shift front‑office staff to prepare badges for large parties.
- Follow client safety and security protocols.
- Perform daily reconciliation and shredding of badges.
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity.
