The Scheduler will develop, revise, and track detailed schedules for large or multiple smaller construction projects with complex scheduling requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, superintendents, procurement, and VDC teams to create CPM-based baseline schedules, monitor critical-path activities, and produce progress updates and recovery strategies. The role also involves stakeholder communication, schedule impact analysis for change orders, and providing training to end‑users on scheduling software.
The position requires physical abilities such as climbing stairs and ladders, handling tools, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, as well as frequent use of a computer for schedule development and reporting. Work environments range from active construction sites with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying weather conditions to office or remote settings, with adherence to safety policies throughout.
