Active leader in design utilizing PLS-CADD software, planning, engineering and Client projects to ensure that the needs of the Client are met in the most economical and effective manner. Models are built from the ground up or are minor revisions to existing models.
Prepare project review packages including design deliverables, material lists, pole specifications, and labor contracts.
Perform field/site visits to design, observe, and inspect projects with a more senior team member.
Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
Assign tasks to less-experienced Engineers and Technicians and review their work.
Works under limited supervision and receives markups and reviews from a more senior engineer to produce final deliverables.
Assist in the continued development of both Company and Client standards to provide guidelines for future project planning and design.
