Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.
Develop and approve comprehensive lifting plans and method statements.
Lead the planning and execution of complex and high-risk lifting operations.
Work around hazardous equipment.
Participate in lifting incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Review and approve lifting equipment certifications and inspection records.
Coordinate with project managers, crane operators, rigging teams, and subcontractors.
Stand, Kneel, Bend, Stoop, Move, and Walk long distances in and around confined, cluttered places, and uneven areas.
Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls according to a set procedure.
Mentor and supervise Lifting Trainee, Level 1, and Level 2 Lifting professionals.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for critical lifts.
Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, LOLER).
Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
