Maintain accurate tracking logs of subpoenas, deadlines and response status
Coordinate responses to U.S. third-party subpoenas including:
Collecting and organizing responsive documents from various internal systems and teams
Support eDiscovery data collection requests
Acknowledge and distribute Service of Process to appropriate stakeholders
Assisting with redactions and confidentiality checks
Assist with Legal Hold Administration and reporting
Communicate effectively with U.S. based attorneys, paralegal and HR partners

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or equivalent; additional U.S. legal education or certification is a plus
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-driven, operates with a sense of urgency, and resourcefulness
Highly proficient with the following software tools
Ability to coordinate with U.S. business hours when needed
5+ years of experience in legal support, litigation or document review (law firm, corporate legal department or ALSP experience strongly preferred)
Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
Familiarity with U.S. litigation processes, especially subpoenas and records requests
