Respond promptly to FM escalation calls and prioritize urgent issues.
Conduct regular shop‑floor and warehouse rounds to uphold housekeeping standards.
Develop, update, and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and staff training.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
Coordinate with CL leaders and plant heads to resolve complaints and take corrective actions.
Schedule, allocate workloads, and monitor attendance for housekeeping staff.
Maintain consumable stock, ensure equipment is serviceable, and oversee vendor performance.
Generate monthly management reports and track ticketing and consumption metrics.
Oversee canteen, kitchen, landscaping, and indoor‑plant services through vendor coordination.
Enforce discipline, proper attire, and service etiquette among staff.
