Be responsible for identifying and mitigating areas of risk to performance with through continuous recording of daily risks and liaison with team managers to allocate resources accordingly across depot areas.
Support all Metering Teams in delivering high levels of customer and technical service to meet business objectives and drive continued improvement
Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
Running reports for Company performance reporting, board report and performance management; ensuring outputs are supplied to the optimum quality and timescale
