Description

Overview: The position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and performance monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain project schedules with directors and stakeholders.
• Implement project controls to ensure accurate timelines.
• Track and monitor performance against baselines; analyze KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting schedule or budget.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute regular project control reports.
• Maintain organized project documentation and assess scope changes.
• Collaborate on change orders as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of planning/scheduling experience, at least 5 years in the power industry with CCGT exposure.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, cost control, and risk management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with focus on data integrity; fluent in English.
