Manage subcontractor performance to meet project specifications, safety standards, and milestone targets.
Ensure all construction activities comply with design documents, QA/QC standards, and client requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed work package schedules aligned with the overall project plan.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship quality.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to ensure timely release of design drawings, materials, and resources.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting key issues, risks, and mitigation actions.
Oversee execution of building envelope systems, including roofing, glazing, cladding, waterproofing, and insulation.
Define and manage the scope, schedule, and budget for the architectural works package, focusing on envelope and finishing trades.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Support close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operations manuals.
Identify and mitigate risks related to sequencing, interfaces, or design changes.
Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and internal stakeholders for approvals and inspections.
Supervise finishing works such as interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and architectural detailing.
Lead subcontractor procurement for façade, envelope, and finishing works, ensuring the best value and adherence to quality standards.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing architectural, envelope, or finishing packages on major infrastructure or building projects.
Proven experience in façade systems, building envelopes, and interior finishes is essential.
Strong understanding of contract management, project sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Understanding of construction safety standards, especially regarding façade installation and interior works.
Familiarity with LEED construction or sustainable building standards preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM tools, and Bluebeam.
