Manage and optimize Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to support efficient document retrieval, workflow processing, and information sharing.
Support quality assurance teams by providing timely and accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Ensure all project documents—including drawings, contracts, specifications, and reports—are accurately logged, stored, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct routine audits of document control processes to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Verify that all documentation meets applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for document-related inquiries from internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Prepare and issue regular document control reports, including status updates on approvals, revisions, and distribution activities.
Implement and enforce standardized document numbering, revision control, and filing procedures in alignment with organizational and client standards.
Maintain, and oversee comprehensive document control systems tailored to infrastructure project needs.

Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in document control, preferably in infrastructure projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent
Knowledge of document formatting, including layout standards, styles, templates, and formatting rules for formal documents.
