  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, including field operations and project management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple large-scale projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; PMP, CCM, or LEED credentials are a plus.
