  • Supervise a variety of the SPO Team to include but not limited to Operation Support Specialists & Supply Technicians.
  • Oversee overall performance of the support operations (SPO) department and functions.
  • Ensure all processes are effective to meet customer quality assurance surveillance plan.
  • Oversee a population of Equipment Records Parts Specialist (ERPS) and assist when needed.
  • Responsible for accountability and proper utilization and upkeep of government property.
  • Supervise the efforts of personnel involved in providing a variety of support to programs involved with all APS-3 aspects & missions.
  • Provide operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain a working relationship with Gov’t counterparts as well as internal relationships with KBR counterparts.
  • Ensure all CDRL/reports due weekly/monthly to management or USG are turned in on time.
  • Hiring employees, training employees in every aspect of their job and responsible for all HR functions in reference to employees.
  • Oversee and assist in the accuracy of data updates in ICODES.
  • Maintain a friendly work environment.
  • Insures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Develops and implements performance standards and internal controls.
  • Responsible for accountability for all employees and functions within the department.
  • Provides reports to senior leadership as required.
  • Respond to work with the Customer and other Supervisors/Managers daily.
  • Review procedures regularly, revises as required.
  • Compile and provide working documents to leadership & your team.
  • Works independently conferring with peers to resolve issues and follow through with tasks given.
  • Be involved with working groups for the review and evaluation of Performance Work Statements (PWS), Letters of Technical Directive (LOTD), Workload Guidance’s (WLG), etc. and report to APS-3 KBR Leadership team areas of concern.
  • Maintain involvement in working groups.
  • Coordinate activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Experience in process improvement, lean six-sigma.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Experience with RFID tags, TCMD, and MSL labels are a plus.
  • Must be able to meet government-specified requirements for deployment.
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be capable of getting a minimum of a SECRET security clearance.
  • Experience in fields involving production, logistics, supply, maintenance or record keeping using automated systems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
  • Knowledge of Army processes and procedures.
  • Must be able to lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically.
  • Working knowledge of Army unit structure, i.e., MTOEs, authorizations, requirements, equipment readiness, force modifications.
  • Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.
  • Willing and capable of travelling CONUS and/or OCONUS when needed.
  • College degree, desired.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment depending on the task.
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, reach and climb periodically.
  • Knowledge and experience in GCSS-Army, GATES, and LOGSA platforms such as MMIS, AOAP, and FEDLOG.
  • Ability to work overtime as required by production schedule.
  • Must obtain and maintain local base access.
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.
  • 5 years minimum in production control or related tasks on any Army Prepositioned Stock Program.
  • Must possess a valid State Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day.
