Partner with local teams to challenge and guide real estate decisions.
Develop and manage a network of external agents to support execution across markets.
Drive value creation through footprint rationalisation, consolidation, and strategic land sales.
Help build real estate capability and shift culture around asset management.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Performance teams to align real estate actions with business goals.
Drive financial performance – accountable for budgeting and forecasting, cost oversight, and profit delivery through real estate strategies that align with accounting policies and support broader business goals.
Lead and support real estate optimisation initiatives across CRH International.
Requirements

Comfortable influencing without direct authority.
Experience working across multiple markets and cultures.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a commercial setting.
Chartered Surveyor or equivalent professional qualification.
Familiarity with capital planning and investment appraisal.
8+ years in real estate strategy, transactions, or portfolio management.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect real estate decisions to business outcomes.
Hands-on, adaptable, and culturally aware.
Deep expertise in property valuation, leasing, transactions, and portfolio optimisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
