Monthly - Process Manual Trial Balances and additional Ledger Adjustments, process Equity Pick-Ups, Monitor Automated Revenue Recognition process, provide monthly reporting to Stakeholders.
Prepares moderate to complex summary reports and/or financial statements.
Assists and participates in General Ledger Month End Closing.
Review of Joint Associations, identification and resolution of reconciling items.
Ensures that monthly, supporting schedules are prepared promptly and reviewed for compliance with established procedures.
Processing miscellaneous files for billing and recovery purposes.
Assist in application testing.
Provide timely and accurate information on internal and external audits when needed.
Involvement in maintaining Chart of Accounts, Exchange Rates.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries into accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
Collaborates with Operations Reporting Supervisor on responding to inquiries.
Perform complex and / or ad hoc tasks which may require decision making.

Basic skills in the areas of oral and written communications, project financial process controls, MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), accounts payable, general ledger, and billing
