- Confident working through outline and detailed design phases to allow the delivery contractor to construct and commission the plant and civil works.
- Chartered with postchartership qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline e.g. Civil/Water, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process/Water Engineering
