In this role you will manage all retention activities for an assigned portfolio, proactively contacting each customer in writing 120 days before renewal and re‑estimating contracts with current labor rates and hours. You will aim for a minimum 95 % renewal rate, prepare and lead monthly service contract renewal meetings, address customer concerns, and track renewal dates.
You will identify customer needs across fire alarm, sprinkler, and security systems, upsell additional products or services, and act as the primary point of contact building strong relationships with key departmental contacts. Collaboration with internal managers to improve service delivery, sharing status updates in weekly sales meetings, and meeting customers in person when required are also essential responsibilities.
The ideal candidate brings fire‑alarm, fire‑protection, or security industry knowledge, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience), and experience in sales or customer service. Effective communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset are required.
