

Provides 24/7 residential and commercial disaster restoration for water, fire, mold, odor, and more.
This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and completing water restoration jobs to ensure proper drying, demolition, and related restoration activities. The technician prepares and reviews documentation, including notes, photos, and reports, to secure insurance reimbursement, and explains the process and next steps to customers in person.
Key duties include retrieving work orders, loading the appropriate equipment, traveling to job sites, and performing water extraction, pack‑out, removal of non‑salvageable materials, and light construction or demolition as directed. The technician adjusts drying plans based on meter readings, inspects jobs after completion, obtains customer signatures, requests payments, and reports any equipment issues.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record, and strong verbal, written, and customer‑service skills. Experience with mobile data‑entry software is required, and certifications such as WTR or ASD are preferred. The position demands the ability to lift up to 70 lb, stand, walk, crawl, and use respirators in various indoor and outdoor environments.
