The Digital Delivery Manager leads the execution and continuous improvement of advanced VDC, BIM, and digital delivery workflows on large, multi‑stakeholder infrastructure programs. Partnering closely with owner agencies, project leaders, and cross‑functional teams, the manager ensures digital models, data, and collaboration platforms are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards, overseeing BIM execution planning, model coordination, CDE governance, and delivery of high‑quality digital outputs for design, construction, and asset management. In addition, the role builds and mentors a high‑performing digital delivery team while driving adoption of emerging technologies that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
The position offers purpose by shaping clients’ digital backbone to enable accurate, coordinated data that drives design efficiency, asset reliability, and future Digital Twin initiatives. It provides growth through accelerated exposure to enterprise‑level digital transformation and emerging VDC/BIM methodologies, and it motivates those energized by solving complex engineering challenges, leading diverse technical teams, and building scalable digital workflows that significantly improve project efficiency.
Within the first twelve months, the Digital Delivery Manager will establish and lead the digital delivery strategy and plan for the initial project, deliver high‑quality VDC/BIM outputs across all assigned projects, and drive innovation and operational efficiency through emerging digital technologies.

- 8+ years of BIM, VDC, or digital delivery experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environments
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing BIM/VDC teams and project delivery
- Proven delivery on large, complex infrastructure or capital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, information management standards, and owner‑driven digital requirements
- Hands‑on experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans, digital delivery plans, and QA/QC standards
- Expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud and model coordination tools such as Navisworks
- Experience overseeing model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary teams
- Direct experience establishing, administering, and governing a Common Data Environment, including permissions, workflows, and document control
- Ability to plan, forecast, and manage BIM/VDC resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop BIM/VDC professionals while maintaining high delivery standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, consulting‑style environment
- Comfort working remotely in a highly collaborative setting with distributed teams and clients
- Experience working on transportation, transit, or public‑sector infrastructure programs
- Hands‑on experience with 4D and/or 5D modeling, construction sequencing, or cost‑informed digital workflows
- Experience integrating Lean principles into BIM/VDC and coordination processes
- Exposure to or implementation of reality capture workflows (laser scanning, photogrammetry, point clouds)
- Background in program‑level digital delivery strategy rather than single‑project execution
- Experience supporting long‑term asset data, handover, or lifecycle information management
- Prior consulting experience managing multiple clients or programs simultaneously
- Professional certifications or training related to BIM, VDC, ISO 19650, Lean, or digital construction
Benefits
Compensation includes a salary range of $115,000‑$130,000 plus eligibility for bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance with substantial premium coverage, open flexible time off, immediate 401(k) vesting, home office setup costs, and paid holidays.
