Senior Transportation Engineer

Description

• Continuously monitor and adapt by keeping a pulse on external market pay and trends in the geographies where we operate
• Build and maintain relationships with clients/teaming partners/industry professionals.
• Development and implementation of project work plans from inception of approach through completion of final reports and presentations.
• Deliver meaningful feedback and mentorship for career growth.
• Develop sound and informed scopes, budgets, and schedules for proposals.
• Provide technical direction to others for complex projects/tasks.
• Contribute to and develop new work opportunities

Requirements

• Clear passion for transportation and experience as a consultant.
• Hands-on experience in software related to their area of expertise within the profession.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Experience with complex projects that include multimodal traffic operational analyses, system and corridor level analyses, safety work, conceptual design, development services, and/or other related technical areas.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (or TE) in the state where you will primarily deliver work.
• Technical proficiency in traffic operations, transportation engineering, traffic design, and experience with planning-level projects.
• 10-20 years of experience related to technical focus areas referenced above.
