Manage shop floor personnel to meet individual productivity metrics.
Maintain a culture of Safety. Adhering to NCM Safety Policies.
Review production paperwork for accuracy prior to releasing to the shop floor.
Maintain production standards in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policy. Perform intermittent and final quality checks.
Check and receive inbound materials.
Oversee CNC programming team.
Assist in troubleshooting of machinery and coordinate external vendors/manufacturers repair teams as required.
Communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors with regards to all aspects of the production workflow.
Check and coordinate delivery of outbound materials.
Schedule daily manufacturing work, ensuring machine utilization is optimized and production deadlines are met using MRP software.

Experience in the architectural, construction, or design industry
Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication and metal roofing is a plus
