Monitor work zone traffic control plan and identify discrepancies and potential issues
Interface proactively with the project managers, contractors, and inspection staff on various facets of the project including review of contract plans and documents, day-to-day construction activities and review of contractors’ submittals
Prepare cost estimates
Achieve or exceed budgeted individual utilization target
Maintain document control for correspondence, RFIs, submittals, etc.
Complete all tasks on time and within budget while fully meeting the scope
Maintain construction project records in accordance with GDOT and project specific procedures
Assist in negotiating contractor change orders
Responsible for: Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.

Ensure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirements
