- Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts team
- Oversee all on-site activity from groundworks through to completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
- Maintain detailed site records, reports, and daily updates
- Work with a dynamic team delivering some of Melbourne’s most striking commercial & multi-residential buildings
- Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Monitor program milestones and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company safety systems
What you bring

- Previous involvement in delivering multi-level builds $30M–$70M+
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a site team
- Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and OH&S requirements
- Strong knowledge of structure (concrete, steel, framing systems)
- Carpentry or trade background (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in apartment or mixed-use construction
- Supportive leadership and strong site systems
- Certificate or Diploma in Construction
- Experience in using construction software a must
