- Interpret and extrapolate surveying data from construction and design drawings, ensuring full alignment with project specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and meet regulatory standards
- Establish primary and secondary survey control for a variety of projects
- Utilize Total Station and GPS equipment to collect and analyze survey data
- Troubleshoot and maintain surveying equipment for optimal performance in the field
- Assist with the completion of field survey requests, including measurements, setup, and configuration of survey instruments to ensure precision
- Work in outdoor environments, supporting diverse projects including concrete formwork, structural elements, piling, earthworks, and utilities

- No prior experience necessary, hands-on experience in field surveying or construction preferred
- Proficiency in using Total Station and GPS equipment with a familiarity with Trimble and Access software – UAV (drone) experience is an asset
- Experience with Civil3D, Trimble Business Center, and MicroSurvey Star*Net will be considered an asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for recognizing discrepancies and ensuring the highest quality of work
