You will be accountable for delivering defined packages of work on cost, specification and schedule, with opportunities to work on New Product Introduction, Parts Transfer and Major Projects across Large Engine and Business Aviation products. This position offers a chance to deepen project management expertise, gain exposure to operations and project leadership, and contribute tangible benefits to the Turbine Systems business unit.
Key responsibilities include organising and chairing schedule review meetings, reporting executive decision points, and maintaining all necessary project documentation as the focal point for each package. You will manage risks, propose treatment options, create and maintain integrated plans and schedules, ensure compliance with functional standards, and provide guidance on project management processes and tools.
The ideal candidate embraces agility, collaboration and simplicity, holds a relevant engineering degree (preferred), and has proven project management experience with a strong track record of delivery. High energy, the ability to thrive in a busy operational environment and alignment with Rolls‑Royce’s values are essential.
