In this role you will ensure the out‑of‑hours Team Leader standby supplement operates smoothly and transparently. You will work closely with colleagues in Customer Service Delivery, People Services and Payroll to maintain robust, well‑governed end‑to‑end processes.
Key duties include managing supplement changes, maintaining rotas, analysing data for inconsistencies, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also support payroll calculations and contribute insights on overtime trends.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in coordinating business processes, and confidence working with data. Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint and Power BI is essential, and experience with pay‑related administration is advantageous.
