  • Maintain Deltek Vision data daily to log opportunity progress, client and project information
  • Perform site surveys and assemble follow up reports under direction of senior personnel
  • Learn company protocol and policies
  • Maintain current manufacturer catalogs and industry standard
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
  • Maintain electronic files of project data and cut-sheets.
  • Observe and seek mentoring from senior staff to build technical and client service acumen
  • Gather project information and photos for marketing

Trinity - Cerami is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Associate to support our Acoustics Studio. In this role, you will report directly to a Studio Head and play a key part in successfully executing project deliverables across various acoustical consulting projects.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to listen to clients.
  • Regularly attain established billing goals
  • Become familiar with the Quality Control Manual and other company technical and professional standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in everyday
  • Learn calculation techniques and assist with calculation
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Bachelor of Science in Acoustics, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication
  • Become proficient in AutoCAD
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate verbally.
