Lead / Attends to commissioning of System Project at customer site.
Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams (engineering, sales, customer support), and other stakeholders.
Investigates root causes of engine failures and recommend solution.
Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel.
Drive process improvement and contribute to the development of better service procedures.
Evaluates distributors and dealers’ technical capability.
Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and other documentation related to field service activities.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
Provides after sales technical support and site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner
Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors
Provides technical assistance on factory test of special projects.
