  • Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
  • Proactively target clients and projects within the defined customer segments
  • Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system
  • Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required
  • Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects
  • Support the National Sales Manager to secure preferred supplier agreements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs
  • Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the new build channel
  • Supported by the Pre-Sales design team, respond to and provide proposals for project enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages.
  • Competent understanding of HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps
  • A demonstrable record of business development and sales success

  • Knowledge of building and funding legislation
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors.
