IT Systems Admin

Description

• Responsible for the Helpdesk to ensure issue resolution using root cause analysis.
• Maintain infrastructure requirements such as endpoints, servers, virtualisation, cloud, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, telecoms, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs and network segments.
• Complete server admin duties such as user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services and more.
• Complete routine backups operations and implement process for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Maintain asset register of inventory for hardware, software and licenses.

Requirements

• 2+ year’s experience in a similar position as IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including server & desktop operating systems, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with business systems such as QAD and OT manufacturing systems.
• Security experience in Anti virus, encryption & firewalls.
