Lead and develop the site team through structured performance reviews, training needs analysis, and resource planning, including holiday and absence cover.
Oversee cost control and commercial performance by reviewing site trends, extra payments, hired plant/labour budgets, and participating in cost meetings.
Promote cross-functional collaboration through regular coordination with Customer Service, Sales, and Commercial teams.
Report weekly to the Project Director on programme performance, resource planning, and quality concerns.
Drive quality to ensure homes meet standards at handover and support the delivery of high customer satisfaction scores (NPS and IHR).
Lead the development, ensuring timely delivery in line with build programmes and occupation strategy, while managing all on-site operations including subcontractor resources, site presentation, and health & safety.
Host and document all key operational meetings including subcontractor reviews, site team briefings, and board-level reporting.
Champion health & safety across the development, proactively addressing risks and reducing reportable issues during site inspections.
Manage sustainability targets, CCS scoring, temporary works, CDM compliance, and material stock control.
