Job Details: This position is an experienced‑level Snow Cat Operator (Groomer) located at Homewood Mountain and Lake Club in Homewood, CA. The hourly wage ranges from $24 to $33, depending on experience.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions: The job requires extended periods of sitting, exposure to outdoor extreme conditions, moderate noise, frequent contact with moving mechanical parts, and the ability to push or pull up to 75 lb.
Education and Experience: New hires receive Piston Bully Pro Academy online training and are encouraged to attend Cutter’s Camp; additional experience with snowcats, winches, and specialty builds is preferred.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Experience operating heavy machinery and ability to sit for extended periods.
- Be at least 18 years old, able to work in the U.S., pass background checks, and communicate effectively in English.
- Preferred: prior snowcat operation, winch and specialty‑build experience.
