Your opportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk & Security Supervisor (RSS) to join our team supporting our ACT region, with Westfield Belconnen as your home centre. Reporting to the Risk and Security Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the risk and security management function to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for our employees, contractors, retailers, and customers. This regional position offers variety and exposure across multiple Westfield destinations, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
With approximately 75 professions within our business, our team has the expertise to design, construct, operate, manage and market our Westfield destinations and platforms.

About the role structure:This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Westfield Belconnen and Westfield Woden.A roster will be published at least one month in advance to confirm your centre location for each rotation based on the needs of the two Centres.Typically, you’ll work on one- to two-week rotations between centres; however, if a Risk & Security Manager is on annual leave, you’ll remain at that centre for the duration of their leave.
