Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of experience in business operations, strategy, transformation or management consulting, along with strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication, stakeholder influence, project management and deep knowledge of the adult and feminine care CPG market are essential for success.
