The designer will work across packaging and print design execution, digital and cross‑functional creative support, asset production, and brand consistency, collaborating closely with creative leadership, regulatory, supply chain, new product development, and brand partners from concept through final release. Projects will span primary and secondary packaging, promotional kits, merchandising collateral, and digital assets.

Requirements

The Worthington Enterprises Consumer Products Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with a focus on packaging production to join its fast‑paced Creative Services team. This role is critical in bringing consumer products to life through thoughtful, brand‑aligned, production‑ready packaging design and will be based at the company's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

• Demonstrated professional graphic design experience focused on retail packaging and print for in‑store and online channels.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and strong knowledge of pre‑press workflows and packaging production standards.
• Ability to design within brand, regulatory, and retailer specifications, including dielines and compliance content.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience preparing production‑ready, press‑accurate files for supplier handoff and familiarity with file management and QA processes.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and using AI‑powered design tools.
